Terralytiq Welcomes Will Glazener As Second Co-Founder And Chief Operating Officer
Terralytiq, the enterprise decarbonization platform, is thrilled to announce that Will Glazener has joined as the second co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. Will brings with him over seven years of experience as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and leader in its Sustainability Practice. He co-led McKinsey’s global team of decarbonization consultants, served leading private- and public-sector institutions on their climate strategies, and regularly authored McKinsey’s research on net-zero pathways and climate technologies.
As co-founder and COO for the early-stage decarbonization SaaS start-up, Will will establish Terralytiq’s impact in the North American market and develop its hub in Austin, Texas. Alexander Pfeiffer, co-founder and CEO, will remain in Amsterdam to continue expanding Terralytiq’s European presence.
Will and Alexander have a long track record of joint impact in the decarbonization industry. Together, they co-found and co-led McKinsey’s global team of 130+ decarbonization experts, the largest cornerstone of its Sustainability Practice. Their extensive experience working together across multiple sectors, geographies, and institutions will provide Terralytiq with a robust leadership team.
