Our AI web platform maps product supply chains, calculates product carbon footprints, and engages suppliers to cut emissions, giving category managers the data and tools to take real action.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Full Stack Software Engineer to expand our platform. To meet growing customer demand and usage, this role will focus on solving challenges of customer scale and complexity.
About the Role:
Lead the implementation of projects with end-to-end technical ownership of system design, implementation, analytics, and reliability at scale
Collaborate closely with co-founders, product managers, and designers to align sprint priorities with customer requirements and product roadmap
Integrate latest advancements in software engineering technologies and practices
Contribute to our team culture of authenticity, collaboration, climate impact, and domain expertise, promoting fun and professional growth across the team
About You:
3-4 years as a full stack engineer with startup experience (ideally Seed to A) at a company working with complex data
Must-have experience: Full web-development (Next.js, React), Postgres (we use Supabase), and Python (FastAPI, FlaskAPI)
Nice-to-have experience: Managing low-latency web-applications, expanding processing capabilities from 1s to 10s of gigabytes, setting up cloud infrastructure with multi-region hosting, and working with analytics platforms (e.g. DataDog or similar)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, low-ego team player, and a bias-to-action mindset fit for a dynamic start-up environment
